These employees need to learn how to be trained you're not sitting here to order a $14 good burger meal with no good burger sauce if you guys don't have any sauce you guys need to explain it before we pay for an expensive burger.... We get all the way home and there is no sauce my daughter was so excited to try the Good Burger and talk about disappointment the absolute worst experience!!!

Definitely not impressed. I ordered for my family and spent around $40. I didn’t receive half my order that I was charged for. The combo meals were not complete and missing sauces. We have tried to call the store multiple times to remedy this situation and have been hung up on every time. We will not be back.

I appreciate everyone's kindness when my daughter threw up all over me as I was ordering at the counter. They proceeded to help me after I got her cleaned up and even followed me to my car to make sure I didn't drop anything. Food was good as always.

Overpriced, and the staf literally doesn't care one way or another. Order a meal and ask to large size it, I'd be willing to bet you get a small. And don't bother telling them they made a mistake, they "don't get paid enough to deal with that".Seriously if I didn't like the food i would never return....but sometimes you just get that craving for curly q's.

Drive thru really has no customer service training at all! I use to love going to Arby's but not sure what went wrong in the last year. The manager is just as bad! She definitely needs more training in customer service. I remember when customers were top priority but that definitely went out the door at this Arby's location. Sadly I won't be back and whats more sad is by the complaints in the other reviews it seems nothing is ever done about it.
