I used to enjoy eating here, but the last few times I've gone the service has been terrible and the food takes forever even when we are one of two tables. The worst was when the waitress took my half drank mimosa and walked away so fast I couldn't even get her attention to tell her I wasn't done with it. I was going to tell her when she came back and ask for a replacement, but after waiting more than 5 minutes for her to emerge from the back, I just grabbed my glass from the random cart she placed it on. I haven't had a good experience here in over a year and a half.

I was traveling thru with family. I was looking forward to a local brewery, unfortunately I was disappointed when u figured out there was no brewery anymore. Not sure why, I couldn't figure that one out. I am a fan of local craft beer but I had to settle on Bourbon which is fine, the selection was decent. The reviews online had mentioned about food wait times, this was accurate. The wait times were abit long for the amount of people inside at the time. Ordered a steak and loaded baked potato with a side salad- steak was wonderfully seasoned. Alittle fatty but it was a ribeye. The loaded baked potato was only cheese and bacon-sour cream/green onion/butter were lacking- salad was amazing as well.My family had gotten a fettuccine Alfredo and a grilled chicken bacon ranch sandwich with *sidewinders*(twisted potato wedges). The fettuccine was actually a linguini pasta with Alfredo sauce. However it was Still good, bread being abit dry. The chicken sandwich was upside down. The ingredients on the sandwich were inverted. Making handling hard to manage. Potatoes were crispy and well done.Overall the experience wasn't unpleasant. The staff were very kind and welcoming. At times alittle unattentive for how busy they were at the time. However nothing came out incorrectly and was cooked perfectly. The weekly deals for drinks and food were pretty good. Environment was quite nice, great art and space inside. The chef came out to discuss the food and was very kind. He did talk abit, but I'd rather have the nice connection than none at all. I hope we can see beer brewing return to the premise sometime. If I am mistaken about this I would return. I would say wait time is the biggest issue. Thank you!

2-9-2024If you want an honest review, read on. I was not impressed for the 4th time here in so many years. The place has not improved to a brewhouse standard.Came here for the fourth time and figured we could give this place one last try. The last two times we came here nothing got done right, notably the temperate cold pork for my wife and mother and law. HOWEVER! This time I decided to order something you really can't mess up; the NY strip special for 21.99. Fast forward to food coming out, drinks went low before the server even thought of asking of they should be refilled. House salad had maybe 4 minutes before the meal was served. Steak was evenly cooked to a medium or medium well, couldn't really tell because it was room temperature. I asked for mashed potatoes because they were out of onion straws, as well as honey mustard dressing for salad, which were also less than room temperature. i did have to review with my wife that i asked for the potatoes in a bowl, not on the plate which she confirmed but, they were definitely on the plate. NORMALLY, when you ask for a steak dressing such as A-1 or washyersister sauce, you get the bottle, not some dip cup full of who knows what; the latter is what i got. i decided to test the server who came back 2 times during eating the food and asked "Anything else" in so many words but never bothered to ask how things were until we were almost finished. Sadly, this being my 4th time here and let down each time in regards to food, i won't be going back. The meat dish again was lacking presentation because of lack of creative flavor (I don't want a tree leaf on my steak) and the flavor overall has no signature taste to it. the potatoes were as if a ice cream scoop was dropped on the plate with no regard to whether it was warm enough to melt butter or not (Which it did not, even in the bowl) i tried the Bud Light draft which was flat and had a tinge to the taste like the lines needed cleaning. I then opted for a same size mug of Fat Tire Amber Ale, which was better but still had a funny taste to it. In the end, the server seemed more concerned about getting our bill for us and clearing the table than how the quality of food was and the affect of service. Will not be going back to this establishment after this visit.

Worst Cheese burger ever had!!! Bun was so hard crumbled when I bite into it. My meat was burned on outside edges. This was case on other burgers served. Appetizers were late. Pizza dough not baked completely. Service horrible. Owner should be ashamed to allow this.

The food was just okay. It took a long time to make. The big screen that played the music had lots of pop ups from their inbox and one of those was a nude picture. Not kid friendly.Parking: parking isn't horrible but can be difficult.

I thoroughly enjoyed dining at Flat Mountain Brewery. The chicken ranch sandwich I ordered, accompanied by fresh cut fries, was simply exquisite. The highlight of my experience was the prompt service I received as my meal was served in no time. The staff were incredibly accommodating, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere.

Ordered a simple hamburger waited over an hour for the burger to be wrong 3 times. First time was simple mistake, second time they served raw meat then the third attempt at the burger, cook literally served half of a patty on a bun. Not sure why anybody would do that, but at this point I would never recommend this restaurant.

Disappointed, advertised as a brewery, no no no, none. Food was very good and the service. Beer they had on tap (not many) were nothing to brag

This restaurant has easy access for all including street side curb to door level entry. Great cold beer and friendly staff. Fresh cut prime rib was delicious and served as requested as medium rare. Great sides included. Would return again and recommend to any one for a stop. Kid friendly!Wide variety of items on the menu. Very good!

Very decent food at a very reasonable price. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town!

Great food, great service. Atmosphere was sports bar-ish. I thought it was a brewery. It's not. Rather it serves several domestic and also area brews. I'll go back again if I'm in town.

Never open… idk how they stay in business. Even if open its limited menu… and for standard items. No mushrooms on a lunch burger cuz that a dinner item…

Most of the time the food's really good and the alcohol is even better. The only real negative experience is the long waiting for food or even get your drink order taken. Which can take a painfully long time to the point where you are ready to leave.
