this is the worst Freddy's location I have ever been to. so bad that I will never go back to eat at this location again. food was burnt and was disgusting. and I love Freddy's food but they should consider closing this one down.

Ran by very unprofessional, rude, unmentored individuals. Went through the drive-through yesterday with the intention of ordering food for myself and spouse. Freddy’s was not busy at this time. The girl began taking our order through the speaker but then walked away for several minutes, leaving us sitting in line. When she returned to the speaker, she made us order all over again. She proceeded to leave the speaker again, leaving us sitting there again. We ended up pulling forward and had to order at the window all over again where she rudely said “I CAN’T HEAR YOU.” When we finally got our order placed, she gave us the wrong change. Surprise surprise, we did not receive our full order after this twenty minute debacle and had no chance to let them know as they slammed the window door in our face.

Worst service I’ve ever received at a Freddy’s… it was on a Saturday night and none of the staff acted like they wanted to be there. Messed up my order in 3 different ways and acted like they had no desire to fix it so I ended up leaving with my messed up order. I had to point out everything that I needed and they would hardly speak when I spoke to them. Very disappointed

Man, the quality of this place has really dropped over the last few years. When they first opened they were one of my favorite places to eat. Now it's just... so bad. My food is almost ALWAYS cold. My order NEVER comes out right, and the few times I've gone up and bothered asking the workers about fixing it (I'm never rude about it, I work retail so I get it, and I try to be as nice as possible but) I always get like... crazy bad attitudes and rolled eyes like they couldn't be bothered. I had to stop ordering their chicken sandwiches bcs I don't know whats up with them, if they're expired or what, but they just TASTE rotten half the time, and the other half it's like trying to bite into rubber.

Most recently the woman working in the drive thru window shoved our drink at us and then slammed the window shut. The food is always good but they have begun to forget something in our order each time we go.
