“We love eating here, the food is delicious. Over several months there have been a few mistakes with our orders because people are human. They always go out of their way to fix it and try to make it up to us. Today we ordered and went to go pick it up. When we got here they let us know that it's going to be about 15 more minutes. They explained why, and without a word from us started offering free drinks and cakes due to having to wait. They really care about their customers and go out of their way for them. Mistakes happen, places get busy and wait times increase, that's just life. These people do an amazing job when it comes to customer service. Oh by the way, the food is ALWAYS incredible!“
