Wow.. fantastic customer service, the workers in there were so incredibly nice and thoughtful . The food was so flavorful without being salty and very filling . They made my meal fast and I had a very nice conversation with the lady in the truck . They definitely will be getting my service again ! I didn’t get 12 but I did get the quesabirrias, and mannnn when I tell you you have got to try them you got to . Very good and affordable !

Go there, now, don't wait, go!Did you know they cater?!!!! Los Charros Birria catered our daughter's wedding at Moonlight Harvest and wowzers!!! Chile Colorado, Birria, Pollo Rojo, frijoles y arroz!!! The tortilla's were handmade and absolutely amazing! We were overwhelmed with how many people absolutely loved the food!

We went over lunch and took the food home because it started raining a bit. The food is absolutely delicious. The owner came out and talked to us. He’s super nice and seems excited about his new business.My wife got the quesobirria, I got the birria burger with fries and we split the birria ramen. The quesobirria tacos are fantastic. The burger was a good size and has tons of flavor, I especially liked the toasted bun. The ramen was a pretty big serving with big taste. There were big chunks of meat and the consumee was full of meaty flavor.If you have a chance, swing by and check this place out.
