We ate at the one in Garden City, KS. Worst service and worst food I have ever eaten at any place. Grease hadn't been changed in months, slow service, ran by people who couldn't understand or speak English very well and messed up our order. Just a horrible experience all the way around. Had to choke the food down or spit it out. Tasted awful. Waste of money for sure.

I normally love Popeye's, but the last two times I've been to the Garden City location, they've been slipping. The chicken was dried out, and the fries were cold both times. I've probably been to 20 different Popeye's locations over 50 times in the last 30 years, and I've never had bad food there until February 2024, and it was twice in the same week.

Horrible experience in drive thru, first of all i ordered the number 6 and was charged incorrectly and completely denied the issue.Manager did not speak English and was absolutely no help. The worker in the window has a disgusting attitude with customers. NEVER COMING BACK. Already in discussion with corporate hopefully they can help. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
I used to be one of the workers here and I got fired because I didn’t how to the things that they didn’t want to teach me they expected me to know everything but from the experience working there I can tell you in the back is always messy and they use there bare hands to make your Popeyes chicken and they use there hands to bread the tenders chicken and anything you could think of the manger dose not know what she is doing most of the time and I just wanted to share this because prices are high and you shouldn’t be spending money there if you could possibly get food poisoning and it’s always a mess nobody cares at Popeyes just some of the staff but most could care less so I wouldn’t recommend eating here also if anybody that sees this you should share it with people you know.

If i could give them negative stars i would!!! Staff members are rude and Im convinced they are stealing from people they are charging $17.99 for a 2 piece chicken meal and the board prices are diffrent from the ring up price which is much higher when you pay they should be investigated!!! No other Popyes is charging anywhere near that much here in kansas or other states ? only Garden city Popeyes!!!
