**update**Ordered my white chocolate mocha before leaving the hotel and it was on the counter, hot & ready to go when I arrived at Starbucks!Friendly staff, who always greets me with a smile and a “good morning” when I walk in the door.I’ll once again be starting every day with a smile on my face and a hot Starbucks in my hand.************Being from Kansas City I’ve grown to appreciate Starbucks speed and efficiency when using the mobile app.I’m hoping they catch on soon, but here in Garden City there seems to be no urgency.Today I used the app for a grande white chocolate mocha. According to when I placed my order and the time it was ready, it now takes 16 minutes to prepare a grande white chocolate mocha.Every morning I like to start my day with a double chocolate brownie and a grande blonde roast. I’ve had to leave without the brownie due to time. Why does it take so much longer to prepare an order in Garden City Kansas.They have great food, delicious drinks, and an extremely friendly staff, but that isn’t why most appreciate Starbucks. Speed - coffee on the fly. Fingers crossed this changes soon.

I’ve had several rough experiences when getting coffee from this Starbucks, but last night was the last straw for me. We order two pumpkin spice lattes and they tasted so terrible, that I ended up throwing mine away. It tasted like chemicals and burnt milk.If it had just been bad drinks, I would have chalked it up to a bad night for the barista, but the entire experience was awful. There were at least 5 people behind the counter, but all of the tables were dirty. At one point I watched the barista throw an empty milk carton at the trash can that was several feet away. It hit the wall, splattered everywhere, and then landed on the floor. They then went over and picked the carton off the ground to throw it away and then DIDN’T wash their hands before going back to making people’s drinks.I won’t be going back to this location again especially since there are so many better local options.

Moved from out of state and I loved Starbucks back home decided to come to this one a few times. I’ve yet to have a pleasant experience. I try to justify with it’s just a bad day for them but the attitude hasn’t changed. I encounter the same baristas every time. They are very rude with an attitude and seem to have no interest in customer service. I asked them what they recommend since I wanted to try something different and I got “idk” as an answer and an eye roll. I really wanted to like it here so I gave it multiple chances but the service is horrible. Not friendly at all. Staff make it seem like they are unsatisfied with their job.
Customer service sucks drinks taste horrible. I moved here from Wichita and been 3 times now and all 3 times I was irritated by the time I left... I literally drink Starbucks every morning but living here I went and bought a coffee maker. I won't spend another dollar at this location

Not well trained employees. The girl tried to put my double espresso in a 20 ounce cup. The area is surrounded by extremely noisy refrigerators and drink machines. Unless you have severe hearing loss, sitting at the tables is torture.

While the wait may be a bit longer than your stand alone Starbucks...our orders have always been correctly made. We usually stop when we are in town, and bonus, get a little Target time as well. Win/Win
