We love Austin’s! We drive from Ottawa. We always get curbside and eat in the car because we have a young diner. This time I am gonna have to ask you too do better! If we would have got home. With a taco shell, very little toppings no sour cream no meat . The chicken tenders was over cooked and it was so icky. I went back in for this lil gal to explain what they did she fixed it she thought with a little tub of taco meat? 20 buck taco salad.? They gave me my money back but dinner was cold when I got back in car and the tenders too tough.

They have daily specials. Monday is 1/2 price hamburgers and they are delicious!Wheelchair accessibility: Finding a parking spot can be difficult, but it's all on one level and easily accessible entry and seating.
Chicken tenders seem to get smaller and smaller every time we go, I don't know for sure but it looks like they are cutting the full size tenders they used to serve in half, but they did not cut the price in half. Foods was good just not much of it, anyone else noticing this, come on Austin's you are better than this. Disappointed the last 2 visits not sure ill be back soon

Traveling on business and initially avoided this place the night before for dinner due to its overall average rating here. But as there are few options, decided to give it a try for lunch today. As I am already tired of junk eating, i was pleased to see they had some cleaner menu items. I ordered the Maui Chicken which came with broccoli and wild rice while my associate had the Mile High Club. Our service was fast and friendly. My food was delicious. The chicken was flavorful and cooked perfectly. Don't know what else to say but from my experience they deserve a higher overall rating.
