Food order is ALWAYS wrong. When I go in to make it right, I get a lil attitude & they take the wrong food BACK. umm no thanks. I like taco bell but this has ruined it for us. I know we're all people & it's hard getting them to work. Things happen, just not for me

Even though this was labeled as KFC/ Taco Bell restaurant- We ate Taco Bell - the service was friendly and fast & the food was hot and yummy.

Horrible all around taco bell and KFC. Absolutely nothing stands out food is sloppily made and under portioned. I literally drive 6 miles to Olathe to get a opposite experience. Hours vary depending on whatever they want to do. Chicken never fresh imo and the combo of the two clearly makes the prep and execution failures. Sorry but be better.

Our first time at this KFC location, expectations are fairly high as we've rarely encountered any problems with KFC overall. There isn't one where we live, KFC is a fave of ours, so when we do get a chance to have it, we're looking forward to that always classic taste. My 3 piece white meat dinner was 1 breast, 1 wing, and 1 thigh (not white meat) my 1 side (which I was disappointed the meal came with just 1 side) mashed potatoes and gravy, that was the best part of the entire meal. The biscuit was, eh...small, the coating was ridiculously thick so I took it all off in order to actually enjoy the chicken. Meat was moist, but greasy, almost couldn't eat it. For the price we paid for that meal, it should have been minimum 4/10, instead, it was a 1.5/10. Not sure we'll try that particular location again, should have read reviews before ordering there. Cracker Barrel would have cost about the same and been well worth every penny.

Oh my God do not go here I was just served raw chicken my kids are so sick right now didn't realize the chicken was raw this place is the nastiest dirtiest Kentucky Fried Chicken ever I am reporting them to the Health Board they can't even take care of their own driveway and you'll get damage to your vehicle just pulling

Ordered $50 of food on the app, then was told when we got there that they were not able to make ANY of it for us. They were also unable to process a refund and ignored us when we went knocking at their locked door.It's a risky choice if you are actually wanting to eat food.

Lots of disappointment from this visit. I ordered a meal with a soda, a couple tacos, and 2 waters. They put the water on my meal, charged me $3 for the soda, and charged me again for 2 waters. The food was soggy as well but, honestly, that's KFC for you lol. I was annoyed about the price point.

I waited at the window for over 5 minutes and said hello multiple times. There was no one else in line and only a few customers inside. Being on lunch break I have limited time to get my food and go back to work so I pull up to window. I sit there again for almost five minutes before some comes to the window and the lady just stares at me without saying anything. I explained my wait and wanting to order the attitude was unbelievable. I’ve been going here a few years and have issues but this is it. We will not be returning and will make sure people go to the Olathe one instead.

One of the worst fast food places I've visited. Closed during hours that supposed to be open for missing staff or broken equipment. Staff seems to forget items on a regular basis.

I just went through the drive through hadn't been there for a long time because I didn't get what I ordered. today I ordered a 3 wing dinner. I got 2 thighs and a leg. the only pieces of a chicken I absolutely won't eat. I tried to call them it rang forever and no one picked up. guess I won't be going back.
