Assistant manager is very rude. I accidentally placed a mobile order to wrong address and was told I was beat out of my money. What a scam!

This Burger King is in the convenience store and that’s about the only positive. We visited twice while traveling, once to Wichita and once home. Both times the staff were not very pleasant and it took forever. Tried ordering on their kiosk and it told me every item was unavailable, yet I could order it at the counter.

a disgusting worker that screamed at me after getting my order wrong ( i ordered a sprite and and whopper with all fillings) only got lettuce and meat that was cold. I didn't even get a drink too, the worker blatantly hated his job and clearly hated the customers too. The place was also dustier than my grandmas ashes and made me want to strangle my server, absolutely disgusting tables too and there was a swastika engraved on my table. Horrible experience

The burger was cold but the gentleman who helped us was very nice. He had asked us to pull up and wait for the food. He was polite and made sure we had the condiments we asked for. I later called the store to speak to a manager. I explained that the gentleman made the experience better with his customer service. She did not seem to know what to say.

After the lady at the register took the order of the guy in front of me, she walked off, completely ignoring I was there, to go chit-chat with other employees. I stood there for almost 10 minutes with no acknowledgment form Any staff. I left to get food at a more reliable restaurant in town, I will not be back!

No lids, no napkins, pressed Vanilla flavoring, it squirted out cherry. Went to use the men's room, it's wrecked, no soap dispensers or soap bottles, no paper towels, smells like feces. An employee was walking around with what appeared to be a check list o a keyboard, obviously pencil whipping the check list.Not a bad spicey chicken sandwich though.

kwik shop side is amazing!! but unfortunately the burger king has terrible management and there is zero order. i worked there for a little bit of time and it was the worst job experience i have ever had. i praise the employees that still work there after everything the store has put them

Did not have the hot chocolate machine working instead was given a soda the in-store coffee and chocolate machine does not work need to really take care of that people really look forward to a nice hot cup of

The lady, I think Annette as her nametag was mostly wiped off, was not patient or kind to us at all. We waited a long time to order. I’ve never eaten at a Burger King before so I had a few questions related to an allergy. Kids meals were not listed on the menu and I politely asked if they served kids meals and got a very grumpy yes. She didn’t give us our drinks for our meals. And we ended up missing an order of fries from one meal. If we come to Goddard again we will find another place to get a quick bite that is more kind and courteous.
