Wanted to experience this place. There were about 4 employees standing around the menu/hostess area- not one greeted us. They were all watching the TV's in the bar area, chatting, and laughing- not paying attention to customers. So, turned around and walked out.

The food was good. Service was horrible. Went in for dinner around 7 pm. The unsweetened tea was almost empty. I asked the bartender if they could make some more. He looks at me and says, "Well..." I said I would really appreciate it. He then walks away from me. There were no other drinks available except water or soda. If I had known they were on ice tea rations, I wouldn't have ordered a drink.Don't waste your money going here.

Basically you serve yourself. Get your own napkins, sauce, hunt down "server for a refill on drink. But still expect normal server tip.

I was missing 2 full orders of chips and queso, the brisket quesadilla was completely blackened and burnt, the steak burrito was cold inside and out, the brisket nachos were soggy and cold when I got them as well as having a ludicrous amount of garlic sauce drenched all over them. I placed the mobile order and then immediately left to go pick it up, I did not wait 30 minutes to leave my home.When I walked in, three FOH employees stared at me and started to walk away until I grabbed one of their attentions to help me.The front of house was filthy and cluttered, wouldn’t be surprised if there were bugs.1/10, I will not be returning here. PLEASE open a WingStop instead
This was not a good experience compared to other Fuzzy’s I’ve been to. The fella that helped us at the cash register and behind the bar (a big Angel tattoo on his arm) and I use “help” lightly didn’t ask us one time during dinner if we needed anything. And we were sitting at the bar…the only two there. He also took our order and wasn’t helpful about the specials, the food, etc. Just blah.The food wasn’t excellent which I expect from Fuzzy’s. The soft tortillas were hard. The drink was sub par. I’ve been to many Fuzzy’s when I lived in Oklahoma and this was just not up to those standards.People in customer service need to smile. And act like they enjoy serving.I’m a huge fan of this chain, but tonight was a bust.

The ordering experience is good, pretty self explanatory and the food tastes great. When we got our food we were missing some items and my burrito was wrong but the manager made it a great experience for us. He got us our tacos and chips and dip and on top of that he offered to remake the burrito and when I said no it was fine I do like chicken he comped the burrito and the chips and dip for us! He really turned a mediocre experience into a great one!
