The wait was long and we almost left seconds before being seated but the food, drinks and the waitress were all great. Our waitress was very kind and efficient. My husband and I both had the smoked turkey club with fries. The fries were homemade and so tasty. The turkey club was also good. This has always been a local favorite of mine. The craft beer and revamped food options are excellent. My only "complaint" is that they changed their fries to normal cut, instead of their thick cut. But if that's my only complaint, it's well worth every single trip.

I came to Hays from Colorado for the Prairie Chicken Festival and I was blown away by Bella's Diner and LB Brewing. Perfectly cooked steak, delicious grapefruit Radler, cozy atmosphere. Definitely worth a stop if you are passing by on I-70. I will be back.
