Do better!I hadn't ordered from this McDonald's in a couple of months because it seemed like our orders were always getting messed up but gave it another chance tonight.It was a bad idea. I placed two separate orders due to picking kids up from activities at different times. Both orders were wrong.The first order was placed through the app and designated for counter pick-up. The customization of the double quarter pounder meals were ignored and no straws in the sack.The second order was placed in the drive through. A simple #7 with no pickles or onions. Arrived at home to find one of the cheeseburgers with no hamburger patty and pickles and onions on both. The sticker on the top clearly stated no diced onions and no pickles. I called the store to inform them of the error and the lady, who was polite, actually saw the burger being made and said she questioned it. She told me that I could come get another one. So that's what I did. I returned the two miles to the store to pick up a cheeseburger that had a hamburger patty included and get attitude from the staff.Do better!

This place is the good one. Usually very busy in drive. They do pretty good keeping up. Employees are good and respectful.
With the rebranding. There's no more mcd family atmosphere. Just feels like you come in get your food and go. And secondly since they got rid of the pop machine it's a 50/50% if you get a good soda . Half the time they let the Syrup run out so it's all water with

Hot n' spicy and Mcdouble were delicious last night.
The staff is very friendly and approachable. Lots of young people and high schoolers. I always show them grace and kindness because I know they are still learning. It is in a convenient location in town. Lots of parking but I would suggest a bus or large vehicle park along the street on the south side.

I did an online order and chose to go to Curbside. After waiting 20 minutes and watching vehicle after vehicle go through drive-thru, it went to drive-thru and got my order. They certainly didn't seem to care to care that I had waited almost 30 minutes for an order. I don't know why everyone goes to this McDonald's. They're awful and slow. NEVER going back ever
