Absolutely the worst experience I have had with an Old Chicago location and we have visited a lot. Over an hour wait for a pick up order that had a 25 minute ETA. We have visited some of the busiest locations in the country and the kitchen at this location is either extremely understaffed or does not have the correct employees working in it. We will not be visiting again.

We ordered online for delivery. Delivery took at lest 10 minutes longer than their original maximum quoted time so the pizza was luke warm at best. We ordered 2 salads and 2 small pizzas. We received no forks and 1 napkin. My husband went downstairs to the hotel front desk to see if they had the forks and napkins Old Chicago did not provide. I would not order here again.

This was some of the worst service I have had. Took 10-15 minutes before our waitress came to take our drink order of water, and this was after I had to flag down the hostess. Then the waitress kept disappearing and waiting on her other tables close to us but ignoring us. I even had to get another waitress just to take my order.
Great pizza, wait staff is usually pretty spot on too. Great place to watch a game on tv.

Pizza toppings were average but the amount of cheese on the undercooked hand tossed dough was not great. I ordered this to go and went to the bar while I waited, no one ever came to take my order which speaks to the service.
