The food is usually pretty good, however their online ordering/app works about 2 out of 10 times when you go to use it. So you can't redeem rewards or get their online coupons. Beyond frustrating! Not to mention I loaded a prepaid gift card that had $30 on it. Went to order and it said the card details weren't right. Excellent experience! Was greeted at the door by Stacy. Food was brought out quickly, hot and fresh, with a beautiful presentation. Had a steady stream of customers all treated great with friendly staff.

This place is the hidden gem of Hays America.The service is always fast and friendly. I have yet to have a bad experience here.If you're interested in trying this fast food joint, I would recommend the blackened tenders, they're a staple when I visit.
