Decent taco truck with real barbacoa. Their burrito has rice, beans, onions, cilantro and shredded lettuce. The staff was friendly and the food is cooked fresh. There are some picnic tables, but the food travels well too.

Call in order, had the daily special, Quesabirria tacos. The order was ready when they said to pick it up.Let me tell you, these are pretty good. I would definitely go back for more. So if you want your Quesabirria taco fix. You better come and get you some.

When they first opened we came to order food they were rude and the paper was stuck to the food merging the cheese and fries with the paper. We spoke to the original owners about this poor experience. Since then they've only gotten worse and when asking for no paper they state they've never used it with an attitude..... I'm not ok with the rude staff. It's not a good representation of my people. Please close down..... Bring back the old business.

We were just passing through Hays on our way to Colorado. The restaurants on Yelp were not very promising. We didn't want to eat at any of the chain restaurants. When we discovered that the highest rated restaurant was actually a Mexican food truck we went for it. We were not disappointed. You know you made the right choice when the abuelas were getting foodFood was delicious. Food came out under 10 minutes. I had the Carnita Huaraches. Loved it!

We looked on yelp for a restaurant close to 70 w since we're just traveling through. This one looked amazing.! We were a little apprehensive because business was reopened to new owners 3 weeks ago. Menu was very basic and smaller, but my steak burrito was really good. Still traditional Mexican food.

Holy cow. Was not expecting authentic and delicious tacos this far north of the border. We are Houston folks and know our tacos. I'm Town all week and searching for an alternative to the stock fried food and burger options. Four tacos (2 pastor, 2 carnitas) with lime, onions, cilantro on corn tortillas. Washed it down with manzanita apple soda. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Hays.

Great food stop! When traveling and in the area this is a great place to stop. There's so many food, delicious snack options, and desserts! Authentic Mexican food coming from a Mexican! The tacos were delicious. We also got a mango and cucumber with Japanese nuts, chamoy, and tajin! Pretty affordable and great service! It is a food truck but they do have a small limited sparking space in front of the truck as well as two picnic tables to enjoy your food!

I have driven by this food truck a hundred times, always thinking I should stop and try it out. Recently I did, and I couldn't have been more pleased. The service was friendly and quick. The food was delicious and filling. I highly recommend it.
