“Went to Hiawatha Sonic today, admittedly with not the highest expectations based on experiences from a year or two ago. Immediately Frank changed my expectations when he took my order in a very professional manner. Then he made me the best breakfast burrito I have ever had at a Sonic. I ordered a ultimate meat burrito with extra cheese, it was fresh, hot and rolled properly. They even put salsa, ketchup and napkins in the bag. The lady who brought it to my vehicle was very nice as well. I don’t leave a review often but I feel like the crew working this morning deserves a little credit for a great job this morning. Thanks for the good start to my day.“
“Today I had felt my lowest and took a chance and asked for some help through these hard times with COVID-19, not only was I welcomed in with no judgement but a worker by the name of Zander paid for two footlong meals for me. “Came to have lunch with my mother and a couple of my nieces as well as one nephew and my husband. They were very friendly and helpful. The cashier even offered to help us order to make it a little cheaper with the amount if kids. My husband and I stop in every time we come this way just to get their Frappe. Thank you for reminding us why McDonald's became a big name!!!!Parking: There's a lot of space. Very easily accessed from the main road right off 36 hwy.Wheelchair accessibility: There are plenty of spaces for parking, building entrance is wheelchair friendly, and dining area has plenty of easy access tables.“
“Food is always delicious and hot. Delivery of order is not too long and get what I ordered. Only thing I would like to see change on the mobile app ordering is being able to redeem our points without having a set limit to reach of $10.99. Maybe this can be reviewed and changed, I mean the order of $6.99 to use rewards plus the added tax of food, and the delivery fee gets the total above $10.99. So maybe instead of looking at the subtotal, the actual total needs to be at least $10.99. Thanks for your services, thanks for your staff working. Keep up the great work to all staff!“
