Drove 15 minutes to get a blizzard from this location. I waited another 15 minutes in the drive thru behind several cars. When I got to the order box no one answered. I waited another 5 minutes and the drive thru line behind me was backed into the street. Since no one answered I pulled up to the window and was not acknowledged by any of staff. I assume that the cars that were in front of me had the same experience since no one was waiting on their orders. Will NEVER go back to this location ever again!

Came in ordered two dipped cones, banana split and a chocolate shake and been waiting in the restaurant for an half an hour just for ice cream and when customers come in order food they get it right away.. worst experience ever. I won't be coming back anytime soon just ridiculous

The food I experienced here was exactly the same as other locations, but unfortunately the service wasn't great. Our group of 6 came in and all ordered up front except for me as I had a coupon I could use through the app. I put this in and wait until a few minutes after it was supposed to be ready for me in the freezer, and it was still not there. I then went back to the front to ask about my order, and they explained bluntly that they were out of strawberries for my shake, and large cups for my large blizzard. That was all they said--no recommendation of my options from there. So I asked for a different flavor of shake, and a blizzard in small and medium. They agreed to this and offered two different flavors for the blizzards which was nice. At the end of the day I was happy with my order as I had an extra item, but the staff was not very friendly (although not rude) and did not offer solutions or even apologize once for my 15 minute wait for nothing. I would come here again but I will never order on the DQ app again as it seems once an order comes through there is no way to communicate with the customer if anything in the store is missing for their order.

Food was disgusting, fries were so hard they looked like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. They were so salty that no one finished them. Service was mediocre at best. This isn't the first time the food was horrible, guess I should no better.

2nd Stop within a week at Holton DQ and told they didn't have ice cream. What ice cream place doesn't have ice cream?! Sooooooo disappointing. Heading to the new Fairview A&W. And people wonder why small town businesses go out of business. You can't blame this one on Walmart. smh
