I was there for 20 minutes and a party of four at least 10. No service! A couple came in after I was there the 20 and the waitress waited on thme and was bringing their pizza as i left. Very notright!!!!! By God it's only aThursday night.

We sat down and still hadn't been waited on in 20 minutes. The waitress came out from the kitchen twice within this time and looked directly at me both times so she knew we were there. I had to call the restaurant to get someone to come take our order. I will not be returning to this establishment. I should add that there was only 2 other tables with customers so it wasn't busy by any means.

Food is fine but basically what you can get at a fast food restaurant. I was there for a birthday party for a 7 year old. Place is very clean and inviting. For a party I feel it is better suited for older children just because they can be out of your sight line in 30 seconds or less. If you keep them organized and move them from area to area it would be great. At times the hos of the party would actually have to fund a few. As a mom I wouldn't want to know my 6 or 7 year old had been out of touch with the adult in charge. The service and staff were great. Our server took our order and hasn't been back for 20 minutes. To refill drinks. Or see if we needed anything. And it's not busy. Food was cold when it came out and still no refills.
The food wasn't terrible but the time it takes for services is ridiculously long. We've been here twice so I was thinking maybe we just came at a slow time but there is a game playing and it is very prime hours of meal time. It still took 30 minutes for them to notice that we had seated. It took another 20 minutes to get our appetizers and after that we had to wait another 20 or 30 minutes just to take the remainder of our order and then another way to get the food. After that we waited for about 30 minutes to pay and I was half tempted to just leave since I didn't think they would have even noticed. If it wasn't for the child I had with me that happened to have been unhappy with the situation and screamed I think we still would have been waiting for the check.The wait stop was friendly when we did talk to them and the restaurant itself wasn't bad. They just need to figure out staffing a bit more so the wait time isn't as ridiculous, however, he can find yourself getting lost in a sports game that's on the TV. Then the weight won't be noticed

The food was great and the service was wonderful, too! Overall a decent value for what you get and great for parties, but some of the alcoholic beverages seemed overpriced so we decided against getting some for the group. The food portions were pretty perfect! A couple people mentioned the tvs being way too loud where it was tough to hear each other at the table.
