Visited Hutch recently to attend a friends wedding. We drove almost 5 hours in from Oklahoma right after i got off work. Once we got checked into our hotel we decided to run and get something to eat. It was around 1030 pm, knowing it was late i looked for a place that was open and found this Braums. I had a feeling the staff wouldnt appreciate showing up right before they closed... like i get it but we were hungry and my kids wanted burgers from Braums. Everything was fine up to getting our order, even our food was good. I just have an issue with manners and i didnt appreciate that terrible look and attitude of the young man that came out to give us our food. I greeted him and tried to apologize for the last minute stop at their store. He basically just tossed me the bag and walked away like a teenager that just got their phone taken away. Completely ignored me. Next time I'm in Hutch I'll make sure i don't disturb the evening shift at this Braums, i wouldn't want to upset them by doing business here again.

First time at this braums and it was terrible. My hashbrowns were cold, gravy luke warm, and bisquits were tough. Broke the plastic fork trying to cut them. Never going back!

Interesting concept. Grocery store / Ice Cream shop / Fast Food restaurant. I had the Capuccino Ice Cream and it was quite good.Parking: Lot was busy. Drive thru would have been less hassle.

Everyone is so friendly, but the fellow that works Saturday morning, is amazing. He is always very friendly and helpful. You can't help but leave with a smile when he serves us. Food is always good and the uce cream is awesome!Kid-friendliness: Kids love their food and ice cream!
Mix up my order with another person but the manager was on top of everything and had new food made for me and was kind enough to hook me up with a free ice cream so professional will always go back with that kind of performance.

Every time I pull up half the crew goes on break and it takes forever. Food is good. The grocery lady is super nice and professional.Kid-friendliness: Big dining hall .
