I have given this restaurant multiple chances to redeem themselves, it comes down to poor service, poor management and lack of communication, it’s basic skills people. I just left after sitting 40 minutes without getting greeted but we sure got looks from staff, if you see people sitting at a table for awhile with nothing in front of them you should assume something’s wrong. Previous times the host has been snippy. I want to love this place but bad service turns me away.

Last few times I have been in the wings are cooked really fast or have been setting under a warming light. A year ago the wings were big and very good. Today not a fan...small dry and not tasty. Such a shame not seeing people in here and hearing g from a lot of people they don't go due to poor service and food not fresh. RIP bww in hutchinson kansas

It was a little late when we went in but the bartender was not very pleasant she did not make us feel welcomed . Drinks were fire though.

Way over priced. Apparently the wings are not a meal, and fries are extra. The kids ordered traditional wings and fries, but for 10 plain wings, it was $15 and the small amt of fries was almost $6. So for 1 adult, 3 kids, 1 soda, and the rest water, was $90!
