They were very busy! Yet the staff was friendly and jovial. Service was still efficient. The food and drinks were excellent. Azteca supreme and Mexicano burrito is what we had. Very good.

We went with new friends. We were greeted quickly and warmly, and seated in a back room. The chairs are huge, and comfy, but also fabric and not clean... hard to manage on a busy Sunday. The portions were generous. After dropping the food, our server disappeared for a long time, he came back to fill drunks, then disappeared again. We had to ask for the check through someone else. It worked out... we had about 2 hrs to get to know our new friends.
Food was excellent and decent portions. Service was a bit lacking.

Took my wife out for dinner last night. Had the Tacos de Alambre, which I eat at the Pratt location every week. The plate came out quickly, but was warm at best. Also all I saw was chicken diced green peppers and slightly melted cheese. It is suppose to include steak and chorizo. Neither was on the tacos. It left me wondering if the menu was different at this Cancun Grill. Disappointed to say the least. I will not be returning.
Good food and reasonable prices, portion sizes were average and service was attentive.

There are a-lot of good Mexican food joints in Hutchinson, but this is our top choice. We eat here at least once a week. The service here is alway great, super friendly, and they will hablame en español :) Recommendations: 1) Tacos al Pastor con pico de gallo 2) Fajita Loca con pollo Gracias y hasta la semana que viene
