Visited here while touring Hutchinson. The staff was a little disorganized, but we enjoyed the meal.

What a pleasant surprise, first time at Jillian’s and the food, service, and atmosphere was excellent. The beet salad was very good and the goat cheese fried ball with it was drop mic good! The pork tenderloin with asparagus ricotta was very tasty. The gentleman at the bar next to me was also a first timer and said his pasta dish was excellent with great flavor. Definitely worth a stop if visiting Hutchinson or live close. Will be back.

What a disappointment. Last night was what I hoped would be, third times a charm…that was not to be. Yes, the atmosphere is great, the extensive wine list is nice…the reason we gave it a third chance. However, again, the food was mediocre at best. The calamari tasted like it had been bleached…a trick done for seafood when it is getting old. Both my husbands and my risotto was way over cooked, and the asparagus risotto had an odd taste, it was not edible…and my husband and I love asparagus. Our waitress however, was the best part of the experience.

Went in here for a business dinner and was very shocked at how high quality the service and food were. I started off with an old fashioned at the bar and they made it perfectly. Followed it up with a delicious Caesar salad and ribeye entree with baked potato. All were cooked exactly as requested and came out very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to return. As a matter of fact I don't see myself ever making a trip to hutch without going at least once!

An unexpected find. Quiet atmosphere. Great food; I highly recommend the chicken parmigiana. Goode wine list; nice bourbon selection. Service does not disappoint. Try it, you'll like it!

Just a great place for a steak and a pizza

Great atmosphere, fantastic food, my waitress Erica was attentive and a sweetheart. Definitely will be back. Only negative thing I can say is my crostini was cold and hard to chew when I ordered the bruschetta appetizer. Still tasty, just hard to chew. The beef contadino with roasted carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, mushrooms and Italian sausage was amazing and fresh.

Food was ok, some of it seemed bit spicy. Wine selection was ok. Wish there had been a dessert menu. Building was cute. Was overall ok for my first time going there.

This was my 3rd time here and its been great every time. the pesto, oh God the pesto. My favorite pesto. It’s super fresh tasting and I guess its sunflower seeds instead of pine, so it makes sense in Kansas. I. Would Put this on everything: zoodles, chicken, pasta, I like it so much and its homemade and so is there Alfredo and Hummus, so good! I want to try everything! I met the chef and he had so much to say. If you are in Hutch then you have to go here. Its a little expencive but worth it so worth it.
Pretty darn good restaurant and an A list staff. I'm not a huge fan of most Italian places but for some reason this place my man had an interest in and glad I came in, it's got lots of gluten free food that I like and I think it's the 2nd one I've seen with real vegan food in this part of the state. First time coming in but we picked takeout here before and it had a nice atmosphere and also I saw that they served lots of kids which was pretty cool and the girl who served us is a really good little waitress. I recommend this restaurant to visit anytime of the year, whether to get a night out or for a quick for a pick up or to go feel good or on Valentine's Day like we did.

Gluten free items are clearly marked. Portions are very generous. Our waitress, Dara was attentive and knowledgeable. The Salmon Puttanesca was excellent, as was the ribeye.

Tried the carrot salad, it was amazing. Had the salmon and it was cooked perfectly, not overdone. I will be going back here next time we are in town.

Beautiful restaurant. Waitress was perfectly attentive... not to much and not to little. I didn't care for the lighting, I wished it was at least slightly brighter, don't mind the darker atmosphere, makes it cozier, just wished it was a tad brighter. The chicken picatta (sp?) Was delicious.. that lemon sauce was perfection on it! The serving size was perfect. Kudos to the bartender... while all I had was a Moscato, I did try two other guest mixed drinks and they were so good made me want one of each, which is a sign of a really good bartender. I will say that it is expensive here, not somewhere I can afford to eat all the time, but you can bet I will definately be back on occasion to enjoy it all again!
