Had dinner here. It had been a while since I had had this brand . I know some people love it. I'm in the other camp for the amount of spent per size of the portions was rather disappointing. Flavors were what I would think they should be. Overall dissatisfied. But maybe it is meant to taste like this. Oh, and really, oily noodles.
The food was fresh and the restaurant was clean. The service could be friendly and it's be nice if they kept their entrees made. I always seem to have to wait.

Girl at the drive thru window was so sweet! I had picked up my brother since he locked his keys at work and needed his spare key to his car. Went to Dillon’s to get a battery for the key and was struggling, trying to get it out of the packaging. We asked the girl at the drive thru and she got it out for us! Thank you so much, you made his day<3

IM SO UPSET!!! I love Panda Express I really do, I order chow mein and beef and broccoli. TELL ME WHY IT WAS ALL CABBAGE AND BROCCOLI. I’m not vegan or vegetarian if I could I would only order beef and chow mein! I simply am asking for what I paid for ?

I got raw chicken in my king pao chicken. I immediately told them to pull the entre. Then I asked for a refund and they were speechless.No refund. No apologies. No Have a good days. I walked out and three employees watched me go without saying anything to me. I'm 63, traveling salesman for 30 years. I have never got the dumb look. At least they pulled the entre so others didn't eat it good grief.

Love panda’s food, always great. The bad experiences I have are always because of the customer service. The staff is almost always rude and snippy, it’s even to the point that now we predict who it will be and how many seconds it will be before they get rude anytime we’re there. It’s almost comedic how accurate we are every time we go in guessing how rude they’ll be on a scale of 1-10.

It was a little disappointing, but not too bad. The available selection of dishes was not very good, lots of things missing. Also the food did not taste as good as other times I've eaten at the chain.

I ordered seven meals. Three of which were not complete and tasted horrendous. The kids meal I got was a chicken teriyaki with noodles and broccoli. It didn’t come with any chicken and the noodles had no sauce and were tough while the broccoli was overcooked and discolored. The second meal was a chow mein, broccoli beef, and Beijing beef, but it didn’t come with any broccoli beef and the Beijing beef was hard enough the fork couldn’t go through most of the pieces. The last meal was chow mein, orange chicken and honey walnut chicken. The orange chicken was hard and tasted terrible, like something irregular was mixed with the sauce.When I entered, one employee said they were slow during the time I put in the order and that they were waiting on fresh broccoli, which apparently never came because we didn’t get any fresh broccoli.I also noticed that there was a large spill of something in front of the drink fountain and the area where the utensils and napkins were at was dirty and disgusting.I would highly recommend not going here because of the service, atmosphere, and especially the food. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I love paying 10 plus dollars for my plate then getting all the way home to see three total pieces of chicken in one of the entree and 5 pieces in the other. I couldn't even get 10 pieces of chicken for the $10 I payed. Ridiculous
