We love eating at Qdoba. But we were charged twice on our last pickup order. We ordered through the Qdoba App, picked it up at the store and was charged twice. The extremely frustrating part is that I submitted the online form and got no response. I called the store 3 times and each time they acted like they can't help. The last time the manager gave me a phone number that had nothing to do with Qdoba! I am not eating at this location again until this gets resolved.I hate negative reviews, but the lack of response gave me no other choice.
