Starbucks

Just went to get an iced chi tea latte with sweet foam and brown sugar. I miss pronounced “chi” and apologized to the guy at the speaker but could tell he was irritated . He kept saying warm chi tea without the brown sugar and I corrected him as politely as I could he rudely sighed and huffed while asking is that all, I was going to get a breakfast sandwich but the way he was talking to me made me not even want to get anything else. Holy cow, I have never had a bad experience at this Dillon's Starbucks. Hopefully, this is just a one-off occurrence. I ordered a vanilla cold brew. I was the only customer and there were two employees behind the counter. 11 minutes later I got my drink. About nine minutes in, I asked the ladies if I could get my drink as I had to get back to work. The employee told me that I needed to be patient because she had to make the cream and was training.
