The person helping the counter was extremely rude we were confused on what kind of bread was left (to be honest I didn’t look very closely) so we asked to have the other bread. Instead of saying it in calmer tone she snapped and said it’s all the same bread. Then she started to make our sandwich we asked her how her day was going and all we got was bad with a mean tone. All in all there’s no reason to act like that.Vegetarian options: No

I ordered 2 sandwiches for $10.69, they rang them up for $13,99, I told the cashier the price on the sign and she would not fix it because she said that's what it rang up at after both cashiers were very rude, took over 20 minutes to place the order and there was no one else there! Got the sandwiches home and they were not even right on the veggies. Will not be going back!

Waited in the drive thru for 20min there was no cars in the parking lost so I thought it would be quick, once she got my bread and meat and cheese it was anther 10min wait, the lady that took my order got the whole sandwich wrong, and charged me for 3 sandwiches, she had to get the manger to have it fixed, I’m not sure what was going on but I don’t see what took so long especially once she started my order. You would think she would get it right but she sadly didn’t, I think I’ll start going to the one on main from here on out because this isn’t the first time.

Love Subways food but the Subway on East 11th Ave gets a low rating for drive through customer service. Stopped there to place order and was told they would " Be with me in a moment."After waiting for 10 minutes there was 3 vehicles waiting behind me and still no one taking my order. I decided to leave without ordering and as I pulled around I glanced at the pickup window and seen a young lady standing there looking at her fingernails apparently. There was 1 customer in the store so it wasn't like they were being overwhelmed with orders.Needless to say, I will not be patronizing the establishment any time soon.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.
Ordered a meatball sub, which is my favorite! Sandwich was made very well. Service was good. Prices have definitely come up on all sandwiches. The store looks like it was remodeled.
