Best food I have ever ate in my life the food was delicious and huge. If I could rate it more stars I would I recommend going their and eating they got all of our orders right and the price was worth it.

Was visiting from out of town and had heard this was a good little place to grab a burger. Boy were we disappointed!! My friend and I ordered bacon cheeseburgers which were not awful but tasteless. I ordered fries which were ok but barely cooked. She had fried cheese curds or something as such and could only eat a few. We also ordered a side of deep fried mushrooms which we were both SO excited about and when we each took a bite she had to immediately spit hers back out! I choked mine down but there was obviously something wrong with them. They were rotten or sour, something but not edible. I had a soda and her water. With tip the bill was close to $50. This was NOT a $50 meal!!! Not even close. We ate what we could and prepared to leave. I went to the outer to ask for a to go box for half my burger for my dog and took the order of mushrooms up also. I was very polite and did not ask for compensation or anything but did tell the waitress there was something wrong with the mushrooms so they could check on them for future customers. She was really very horrid. She made it very clear that no one else had complained so there must be nothing wrong with them then laughed at me and walked off. I will be coming to Iola every couple of weeks for numerous mths in the future but Kings will not be getting anymore business from me.

Kings Sandwich Shop is THE place to go if you want a perfectly made and great tasting cheeseburger. Their fries are crinkle cut, which I love. The menu has something everyone. The owner and his employees are super nice and friendly and make you feel welcome. The best part about this restaurant is it’s a small atmosphere and there is no “big box” branding. Best pizza burger I have ever ate. Been going there sicen I was kid. more then 40 years. and when I come town always eat there.
The food is delicious, i think maybe a bit pricey, but you're getting what you pay for!
