This restaurant is the slowest ever. Every time I feel like it will be different, it is still SLOW. The food is also priced way too high for how the service/food is. We ordered an adult buffalo chicken sandwich and it was kid sized for 14$. We also asked for a refill and they never brought the soda back. Lastly, I had a side salad with my meal as it came with it and they never brought it out. I had to go up and ask for it. won’t be going here anymore.

They serve instant tea and I am pretty sure not much else was made in house either. We did get there about a half hour before closing and the compassionate side of me understood a bit. Just don't serve tea that late.... The bread and the wait staff were stellar!

Food to pricey pizza always burnt service friendly but they act as if your a pain. Shouldn't have to wait 30 plus mins on 1 small.pizzaParking: Parking stales are to close together in such a small pace. Almost hit a vehicle everytime I leave. It should be straight or diagonal parking not both in such a small area

If you’re in the mood for pizza and near Iola, this is a good choice! We ordered the boneless buffalo wings which had a good flavor but a bit too much breading and were pretty small. We got the combo pizza which had a good amount of meat and their signature seasoning adds some extra flavor which we felt like it needed. The menu was large. The manager appears very hands on and attentive. Overall, it was a good experience and excellent alternative to Pizza Hut.

I have frequented this establishment since it opened. Owners are nice people and try. But unfortunately their staff always seem to let them down. I usually don't leave reviews, certainly not poor ones. But time after time I have received poor customer service in this establishment. Today topped it. The hostess didn't speak to us or acknowledge that we were waiting at the door. When she did, no smile rude tone. Only asked how many. Threw menus on a table and walked away, never smiling and only mumbles. Appeared annoyed we were there and we were putting her out to seat us 8 feet from the door. She was extremely upset when I said I preferred a booth. Which by the way was only because I have a joint disorder and the booth seating causes me less discomfort than their chairs. But hey, it inconvenienced her.This is the LAST time I will go there. The food is generally good, but slow to arrive. Wait staff is typically decent, but this is the 3rd time a hostess or staff member has been horribly rude. 3 strikes ..I'm done.

Food was delicious- felt like was something for everyone. I had a calzone and they use that stretchy amazing mozzarella ? Our server was fantastic, super polite and service was fast. I could actively see people cleaning, sweeping and tidying the whole place. Even the bathroom was immaculate! Will definitely return.

We decided to go here as we always like their food. We waited over an hour and the waitress didn't come over but a few times. I asked why it is taking so long and she stated there is a party. Okay, why didn't anyone let us know? I would have just left, today is my anniversary and spent it to wait on food.
