My wife and I just left this location about five minutes ago. Once we arrived home, we opened our food and realized that our burgers were very cold and we only live 5mins away. This isn’t the first time this has happened to us, but it will be the last. I would caution anyone that buys from this establishment to check their food temperature before leaving.

First time I've ever been to one of these burger was good frys had a good crust but not that much season(I'd rather em do none than over board cause I can add my own) cheese curds were fresh and drinks were noice what more could you ask

Worst experience. Ordered a double cheeseburger with ketchup only. The employee working the front desk stated back that she put the order in that way. The burger came out dripping with mustard and pretty well raw. A different employee came up when I went to ask for another burger that was cooked and only had cheese and ketchup. Was charged again because, "you probably didn't tell her you wanted ketchup only." Burger came out 30 seconds later (the first took over 10 minutes) so cold/undercooked the cheese wasn't even stuck to it. Avoid this location. Only positive was the actual root beer.

Half the time they don’t even answer you at the drive-through speaker box. Sometimes you have to literally drive to the window and knock on it to get them to respond. It happened to me twice.

I got the mushroom onion burger, and it was really well made. Also got the root beer float, which had a great balance of ice cream and root beer. Fantastic! ?

Terrible service can’t get an order remotely close with a bust drive thru speaker. Over 15 minutes of wait time in drive thru for a burger, go somewhere else you’ll be glad you did.

If I had a choice between McDonald's or A&W I would hands down pick A&W the burgers are amazing and same quality every time.
