Shout out to Billy Sims BBQ in Junction City KS. Visiting our son who is stationed at Fort Riley Kansas from Virginia and stopped for dinner. It was the absolute best BBQ I've ever had hands down. Excellent food, great portions with fair prices , friendly service and super clean atmosphere. I definitely recommend trying Billy Sims BBQ if you want a taste of perfection. Loved it.

Ordered on Doordash, got the 3 meat dinner and man! It was like a homemade 4th of July barbecue dinner! The ribs keep their shape while also pulling off the bone with ease, the brisket is smokey and tender, and the polish sausage is juicy and reminds me of home. 10/10 will be ordering again!

Tried them out for the first time today, got the loaded fires with brisket. Absolutely fire!! Would definitely recommend the loaded fries!
I've eaten here a few times now and the food is very good. The fries were overcooked this time though. Hopefully, that's a single occurrence.
