Don't judge this place by its exterior appearance. I did drive-thru and the man who took my order was very polite. The food seems to be made fresh because I did sit for a few minutes waiting at the window. But I didn't mind, I got the tenders and they were hot, juicy, and delicious with a crispy exterior. I will definitely come back!

Unseasoned chicken, reading was crunchy like KFC which is good and all, but it all tasted like fried bread. Spicy chicken was alright but more spice than taste. Would be better if the time to order and getting food was faster.

Tried this place for the first time tonight. I believe they cook each order fresh because from the moment I paid to the moment I got my order, almost 10 minutes had passed. I was not told it would be a few minutes before I recieved my order. I ordered a Thai milk tea with boba, Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal, Popcorn chicken and Chicken Nugget meal. The Thai milk tea was fine but as someone who has had alot of milk tea with boba, the boba pearls were old. The chicken across all the meals was prepared the same, with the same batter for each, the difference being what size the chicken was cut to. I am not a fan of the battery used, it lacked noticeable spices such and salt and pepper, and had a distinct flavor that I'm not a fan of. It could be an Asian batter but that's not stated anywhere I could find. The fries were good. My husband said what made the spices chicken sandwich good was the sauce used. He also stated that it was basically "home cooked food but the fast food version." He is not opposed to eating here again, but I don't believe that I will be.

Very upset that the boba has gluten in it. As a person with celiacs, it’s so disappointing that a drink that should be gluten free (tapioca is gluten free) has gluten and I’m unable to enjoy their boba tea. I would be a frequent customer if their boba was gluten free

Food is so good wish they were faster! Ordered on line when I got here still was not done had to wait anther 15 minutes the people are so nice there. Just dont be in a hurry when going there.

Cha Chick advertises “Taiwanese Fried Chicken”….but nothing on the menu resembles the crunchy Taiwanese fried chicken bites with fried basil, sold at the Street Food Markets in Taiwan. Four wing pieces (panko breaded and fried), French fries and a milk tea with Boba cost me $14. The wings were hot and crispy, as were the fries. Their special sauce was too salty for my taste. The milk tea was sweet without an actual tea flavor. The young men running the counter were friendly. Most people were eating chicken sandwiches, as I looked around the dining area. If you like fried chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders, and you can’t cook, this is the place for you.

It's an awesome little place. It's mostly chicken but it was delicious. And their drinks are unique and different. I has the chicken tenders and they actually were extremely tender and delicious. Great place for a snack. And it's affordable.
