We went to Lincoln, NE Cracker Battel 2 years ago, so been quite a while. We had chicken fried steaks, very filling and the price wasn't any worse than fast food and we had vegetables with rolls. Homecooked meal for very reasonable price.

First off, we ordered to go. The food was 10 minutes late being ready. Once home we realized there was no syrup, no premium side of loaded mashed potatoes and no steak tips. The one manager on the phone apologized and is refunding some of the bill for inconvenience since this is the second time we have had these issues with to go orders. They were also out of the steak apparently and had to substitute it with another steak option. When we went and picked up the food they had forgotten, we asked for the strawberry syrup that had also been forgotten. A staff member was told to get it real quick but took 10 minutes while coming in and out of the kitchen area repeatedly without the syrup. The food that was prepared was also of poor quality. We will not be returning.

My husband and I came here and we enjoyed ourselves. The waitress, Tiffany was fabulous! She made us feel right at home and was very friendly. You can tell she enjoys her job and does it well! We want to thank Tiffany for doing a great job! Because of her we will be back.Parking: There was plenty of spaces to park.

So many neat gift items to pick from--even bought a few things for myself. Stopped in for a break from driving and the bathroom was so clean. The appetizer was just what I needed.

The food was hot and had good overall flavor. I wasn't a fan of their sausage, but my wife liked it.

Better than fast food; good enough to eat, but not much more than that. The server ‘Ariana’ **** (4 gold stars) awesome! But seriously, kitchen staff… clean your cups, fix your soda foundation, and include the knives with the cutlery.

This place has really gone down hill. Service was terrible, waited well over an hour for food that was not good, even the coffee was cold. Spoke with manager but still no improvement on service. They offered us a free desert, we decline after sitting for 2 1/2 hours. No drink refills, had to ask for silverware. Dining area was not cleaned after people left, food under our feet. If it was this bad out there I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like. Sad to say but this will be our last trip to Cracker Barrel in Junction City.
