I bought an eclair and it didn’t have filling in it. Like at all. If I’m going to buy a $3.00 eclair, I would expect it to have filling. Croissant egg bacon sandwich was okay. Service was excellent, but the place itself is pretty dirty, hoarders-esque. Again, I don’t care for that. I won’t be returning because the food is not marketed properly. It was also $7.00 for both, which seems a little pricey considering.

We tried this place today and I was hesitant on buying when we walked through the door. The store is filthy, it needs a good “complete”clean! A side of the store had stuff piled up and the lights off. There was a wide variety of donuts. They were average tasting.Won’t be going back…

I absolutely love this place but the customer service is awful. Everytime I go in the employee with the puffy hair is always so rude . Today I asked for a donut and I said what's this donut again? He then tells me it's a apple fritter , if you don't know what it is then why ask for it?? Rudness on that I ignored. He then gets me my koloches and throws it on the damn checkout table. He then continues to yell to the other customers saying what did you say?? I'm def in one ear. Which is totally understandable I get that. But even the customers were taken back on the yelling. The donuts here are great here! Don't have an issue with that. It's the fact everytime I come in I just wanna leave because it's always attitude with him.

The donuts here are great. The little guy that works there is so rude and has terrible customer service. Acted like I was a bothering him by coming in and was trying to get rid of me so he could get back to his phone. I like the girl who is always in there before she's very sweet and has a great attitude. Totally changes the experience.

I arrived minutes after the store opened. And ordered a half dozen and 1 kolache, nothing seemed fresh… and they microwaved my kolache to “heat it up”. I asked when they were made and got an unsure answer of “today” after about a minute of silence and the two employees looking at each other in confusion. So take your business elsewhere it’s not worth your money. Also the building was dirty and had toys piled up near the door.

Well, what can I say? Donuts are everybody's favorite. But the price for the donuts at this place was a little too high. I had wait in line where There should have been 2 people waiting on customers.

Crispy fresh Apple Fritter with juicy chunks of apple, and not greasy either. Best I’ve had in years. The other donuts were excellent. Also nice customer service. Can confirm other good reviews of Donut Palace.

Good selection, reasonable prices and the donuts are great! They even have a few non-donut breakfast items, though I did not try one. This is a perfect example of a small, hometown business that far exceeds the taste and quality of the national chains

Best donuts, sausage rolls and breakfast sandwiches in town! I just posted on Neighborhood site yesterday but now am sad they are only open till 2pm which prevents me from supporting their business.

Went for the first time today, and we will be back! The apple fritter was so good!! We got several donuts, including the maple bacon bar, plus a kolache (the jalapeno sausage roll) and we were impressed with everything! :)
