UPDATE: Went there a few days later and received my soda that they forgot to deliver and the General Manager was very kind and rectified the situation! Thank you for taking care of the mishap!!The pizza was great however, the delivery driver forgot my drinks. He said he would be back in 10 minutes which was fine however, an hour later still no drinks. I requested a refund and was told I needed to go down there for a refund since I paid for it with CC. Well….the reason I wanted delivery is so I didn’t need to leave the house. The policy for refund needs to be reevaluated. What now???? Guess, I’ll go to Marco’s on a day when I’m out and about and hope they will give me a refund!!!

Wow...we had received a 50% off letter for our next order since we stop going to Marcos. Well, even with 50 % off, I'll never be back. The order was wrong, the Pizza was so God awful greasy that it was like trying to eat a greasy sponge. The grease soaked through the cardboard box all over our counter. We threw away 3 whole pizzas because it was so bad. Then, on top of everything, I called the store and spoke to the acting manager (Que I think was his name) and he couldn't have cared less...never apologized or tried to fix anything..avoid this Marcos at all costs. It's really unfortunate because the Marcos in Vegas was incredible. Needless to sat we won't ever be back

Ordered pizza triangle cut. They cut it in squares. No, I don't want to get sauce and cheese all over my hands. Absolutely ridiculous and can't follow simple instructions. Who in their right mind wants a pizza cut like this?

I've never had a bad pizza here. Every specialty pizza has been phenomenal ? we've tried every pizza on the menu to try to find one we don't like and we didn't succeed. They always deliver in 20 minutes. This is the best pizza place hands down.

The manager is nice and I know they get busy but placing an order and waiting for nearly 2 hours when the delivery time is 45 mins is unacceptable. When I called I was told my order was on the way but at that point I was not interested in a cold pizza.

Girl at the counter was hustling today. Only had her and a driver who also hustled not once did they complain about their job just kept on pushing until other employees came in. Great job for holding it down!

This location has completely fallen apart the last couple of months.. They never seem to have items that you order, pickups are never on time anymore. Website has incorrect information and none of the discounts they spam mail or email out even work with their new system.I used to love this location but now it's a task to figure out if the website actually reflects what they have available and the delays are insane. For now I would choose a different pizza option in jc.

Had a delivery last night. Took 1.5 hours to get here. Wednesday night, 7 p.m. pizza was cold and under cooked. But the salad was still cold. Don't know if I will order there again.
