I ordered a cheeseburger and a large strawberry shake. They gave me my cheeseburger but didn't give me my shake because the shake machine is broken. I had to go inside to request a refund. The staff was rude and the service was SLOW!!!! This was the last straw!!!!!! I'm never coming back here again!!!!!

Why does it take 30 minutes to bring out a single coffee to curbside. I don't even know why I try this place anymore it's either they take for ever or they don't give me my full order the manager is rude as well will hang up if you call wanting to know where the hell your order is or will yell at customers and employees and lock the doors randomly without warningParking: Dosn't matter if there is number spots they can't figure out their orders

The worst McDonald’s I have been to. Every time I order I’m rushed through the process of ordering. They always forget food or place the orders wrong. The food is often over cooked or the fries are old and mushy. Tonight they just forgot both our fries completely. Unacceptable and a subpar establishment for such a major fast food chain.

When going thru the drive we got put in hold on the first lane. However they kept take orders in the second lane even though we were there first. 4-6 cars had passed before they actually took our order.The lady that was taking said order seemed rude and didn’t care. She didn’t even want to repeat the order back. She got my order wrong serval times and even wanted to argue with me.Then when I got to the window the old lady just wanted to half repeat the order back.When getting the window to get the food and drinks they didn’t put napkins or salsa in the bag on top of that I got pulled to wait on a vanilla latte. Wait there for 20 minutes before going inside to ask where it was. They had even started on the hot coffee!! They completely forgot about us!

This time, I was charged $10 more (to fix their blunder since they forgot to count my order correctly) and then they still gave me the wrong order. So basically this place robbed me of $10. I will never come here and will tell everyone I know to never come here again.

Got asked to park and he wanted me to drive around the building and park in stall 8. Now I have been sitting here 11 mins and nothing and I used the mobile app what is the point. I didn't get my drink at the window so now I finally got food just to wait on my drink. This place sucks!!!
I waited at the curbside for 30 minutes on one darn shamrock shake. I had to call the restaurant because they took too long and my shamrock shake had less whip cream and it was too minty. I don't feel comfortable coming back here again.

Night Manager is very unprofessional. Trying to get customers (myself) to come behind the counter to fight him, and includes his crew members saying they have his back at the same time they are looking at him like he's stupid. And then telling the customer that " now you can wait longer for your food." Sad joke for management.
