We stopped in to get two cookie dough blasts. The total was 13.37, the carhop delivered to us just and was polite. Then I gave her 50.37. I should've got back 37.00. No, she gave us back 36.63. Someone needs to learn how to count back.

I've been told that this particular location has very high turnover. I can understand why after several interactions with management. The staff is always friendly anytime you go through the drive-thru or you talk with any of the regular staff members. They're very friendly and polite, but when you speak with one of the managers, they're rude, dismissive, they don't want to take responsibility for anything and they don't want to help you whatsoever. Whatsoever. I wouldn't want to work for these people either but now I get it. No wonder the turnover is so high. It's because the management just needs to be wiped out and redone
