I ordered a shaken espresso with cold foam. The cold foam looked shaken up and that’s happened twice. I was told that “looks can be deceiving”. After having to pay for the cold foam to look like that, it was not worth it. Cold foam looks white on the top, and in this case should have had cinnamon spice on top as ordered. But both times looked shaken up. Disappointing. I’ve ordered cold foam on lattes before at this same location and it looks completely different. So apparently it’s not being done right.

I waited nearly 20 minutes (ordered 5 min before I got to the store, used their restroom, stood and waited while three other orders got served, went across the street to get gas, came back, and then continued to wait) for them to get an oatmeal and a croissant. When I got in the car, my oatmeal order was wrong - gave me the dried fruit instead of nuts, and no spoon.

Not even close - an espresso macchiato is espresso & foam, no milk. I got espresso and milk, no foam. Music was so loud it took three tries to order. Only plus was typical drip coffee. Bummer!
