If I could 0 stars, I WOULD!I have NEVER seen ruder and more ignorant food service workers than in this subway.Closing and locking the door right, when customers walk up, even tho, it is 9pm and you close at 10pm .. walking off smiling and laughing, like you just got away with needing to make another sandwich. lolWhoever runs this place, maybe you should check your closing shift employees.Not only has this happened tonight, it happened before! AND IT WAS THE SAME GIRL!I worked at a subway a long time ago & the little that is required by you to do the job right is too much? Maybe you shouldn’t be working at all.Nasty!

I only go to this location because it has a drive-through. They don't accept coupons, regularly don't toast my sandwich, have been out of ingredients I'm requesting frequently, and wouldn't do what was needed for an online gift card I had. When I went inside, the woman at the counter insisted I scan a QR code under the scanner for the loyalty program. Of course, this didn't work. She called the manager, and when I suggested manually typing in the gift card number, the manager said no. A few days later, at another location, they did exactly that, and I was able to use my gift card. I've been in the dining room and had who I presume is a manager sit the employees down at a table next to me one by one to berate them about waste. It's just not a pleasant location.

Why have drive thru when you tell every person that rolls up to come in? That's trash advertisement and a total inconvenience which convenience is the whole point of the drive thru. Doesn't matter the owner doesn't care about either of the subways in j c their both trashy.

The flatbread is now a tortilla. The teriyaki sandwich had little-to-no sauce.Napkins were all bunched up like trash in the bag instead of folded.

By far the worst subway sandwich & experience ive ever had. I placed an order on the app & picked up through the drive thru. The flat bread was extremely hard & crunchy as if it was a chip. I didn’t get a topping I asked for & when I picked it up, I sat in the drive thru for quite a bit of time. When the female worker came over she opened the window & didn’t speak. I said hello & told her I placed an online order. She shut the window, went & got my order, handed it to me & said have a good day. As if she was extremely annoyed. Overall very unhappy & wont be going back. Always order from the subway on 6th street!
The manager there crystal is a terrible model, for everyone at subway, an outside of subway. She needs to learn that when she messes up an order that she needs to fix it. Never order online. I orded a toasted outlaw sandwich which it seemed like they put it in the oven for 20 seconds. The bread was soggy, the cheese was half melted, the meat was luke warm, and The tomatoes tasted old. I don't know why it's so hard to make a sandwich. Their wasn't any other customers so it's not like they were rushed. Junction city fast food is trash

I've been to a few different Subways and I like this one the best. The portions seemed better. I felt like I ate a meal with my wrap I got instead of a burrito. It was also 4 dollars cheaper than the Subway to the west of where I normally eat.

I've been coming here for years and now that has come to an end! I just wanted to come here and get myself a sandwich but the lady on the intercom at the drive thru yelled abd cussed at me saying she wasnt gonna serve me! This is because I sped through their parking lot. Ok yes I understand that I shouldn't of sped through their parking lot but for the subway staff to refuse me service for that reason is just wrong. Thats very poor customer service! After what happened I drove off a found a parking lot near where Munson's prime used to be and I immediately called the subway restaurant that refused me service abd I wanted to complain. As it turns out the subway employee on the phone was the same person who refused me service and is the assistant manager of that subway! She talked to me in a much better tone and she explained that I should be careful driving in the parkingnlot because there could be children or slow elderly people crossing the parking lot and that i could've hit someone. I apologized abd she offered to make me a subway sandwich. I refused the offer because I shouldn't of had to go through that yelling and that refusal of service in the first place. I know that I was in the wrong for my driving but she was in the wrong too for talking to me like that and refusing service. Even if I apologized and she gave me another chance she should be fired for what she did and I am never coming back to this subway EVER AGAIN!!! I might get revenge by throwing eggs at that restaurant.
