Every single thing I ordered in the drive thru was completely wrong. Fixing it wasn’t an option because it seemed to be my fault they got it wrong. Even when I showed them the receipt. So, if you want to waste your money on food you can’t eat, this is your place to go!

They are doing some remodeling, yet everyone from construction guys to employees are certious and professional. Food is wrapped nicely and placed in the bag, not thrown so when I get it home it's as good as if they handed it to
JC KS Taco Bell is better than any Topeka KS.I would however put the toilet in the trash dumpster instead of by the front door. It's not a very welcoming decor? but that's just me.

The staff is usually super nice and I know they go through so much being constantly understaffed. For some reason though their card reader has been down for weeks. It's now rare that I get there and it's NOT cash only. I'm starting to notice it's after a certain time in the day so I'm not sure if they're doing this on purpose to slow down orders or something?Either way I prefer this taco bell to the other one in town.

Every time i come here i always ask for no sour cream and no matter what i do they always give me sour cream.....no matter how much re assurance the staff gives either. It definitely seems like the cooks just dont care.

I've never had a serious problem with these guys. They're always ready to fix any issue with my order. Tonight they even gave me a coupon for my troubles. Chefs kiss!
Go to the one on 12th street instead. This one's location is convenient but this is the second time they shorted my order (you leave with stuff missing) so check your stuff in the bag before pulling off. And the tacos aren't worth it. 18th st place makes them normal. You'll get no cheese on your tacos here. Wouldn't even rate so low if they were polite or chill like the other spot.

Ordered in the app for drive-thru pick up. Very fast and convenient. Staff were friendly and pick up was easy. Tried the $5 cravings box and that was definitely worth the money. Seemed like a lot of food for $5

This has to be the slowest Taco Bell in the United States. The card reader goes down quite often for some reason but I waited over 30 mins to order my food. Just beyond slow. I sat at the screen to order food and waited more than five minutes to even be spoken to. They could of at least said it would be a minute and give me a heads up. I really hope upper Management address this stuff.
