I swear, every time I come in, the service gets worse and worse. Between people waiting 10 min to ask for a cup. To missing things in our order. And the employee saying what multiple times. And catching an additude. Ridiculous.

I waited in line for 20 mins with only 4 orders in front of me to have my order messed up. After getting it corrected I got home the quality of the food is inadequate. The portion size of the meat was so small I was filling up on taco shells.

Told them No tomatoes because I am allergic also told then No chips because they kept next to cinnamon. Well they out Tomatoes on my food and put the chips in my bag. So I could Not touch/eat any of my food.

Their food is as too be expected. But there's times where the hot food(like beef and chicken) has gone cold, and the cold items (veggies) are extremely cold. Plus sometimes the food tastes stale too. And while being in the store, either waiting for own food or a delivery order, the staff are not friendly and they act like they do not want to be there and they take their time with making order. For example, one time I was there I was waiting for a delivery order and I heard the workers complaining that they are getting too many orders.

I wanted to order two small items that would take about 5 minutes to make along with my original order, I was told I couldn’t order said items because it would run up the times more than what we had already waited which was about 10 minutes. When I got up to the window I confirmed how long it would take to make the items and said it could have taken the whole time I had to wait in line to make them and have them ready. I was handed my food and had the window slammed in my face when I was being as nice as possible. They’re not willing to talk to their customers nicely and I’m very much done with ordering from this establishment because of how I was treated today. Not to mention I just got off work and had to be treated like that while 6 months pregnant. Not the best look for your company do better please ?

Absolute trash. No response from the drive though or the phone. Once the order was placed my 16yr old daughter was treated with absolute disrespect as a customer. They shut the lights off before they even got their food. I wish this town offered real service for what is advertised. Yet another reason why we are ready to leave this town. All of the tacos were all lettuce and cheese. While they advertised no lettuce. Just another junk experience in junk city.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered on my app, it took an hour to get here, when I opened my bags my entire order was missing all its produce and some items weren’t even there. I called to find out why my order was so wrong & the kid working said they ran out of everything while they were making it, I asked why they couldn’t call to let me know & he said we threw in 2 bags of chips to compensate… which must be true because there were no cheese sauce cups for the 2 nachos I did order. I spent $64 on the order so I asked for a refund & he rudely said if you want a refund go get it from your app and then hung up on me. On a side note my door dasher “confirmed” he handed me my order & I didn’t get the notification for about 10minutes so my food was cold… not that I was going to eat it anyway!!

We went through drive thru a few weeks ago and ordered 2 steak power bowls and an order of cinnamon twists. We got home and no twists and I tried calling but no answer. Tried them again Friday night and this time we got all of our food after a very long wait in the drive thru. We got home and started eating our power bowls and I felt something weird in my mouth and chewy. I pulled it out and it was a huge piece of plastic about the size of a 50 cent piece. There is NO way they didn’t see this when they dropped it. I didn’t call because they never answer anyway and all they will do is replace your food and after that I didn’t want anything else.
