I have to say, the food from the Taste of India food truck has been by far the best Indian food my husband and I have ever tasted. I have been to multiple states and tried different Indian restaurants. California, Florida, South Carolina, but the one from KS was the best. They are so neat, clean and organized, and their food makes you leak your fingers lol. Definitely we recommend them ?

Food is good. Doesn't bother me its a food truck. However, food is never ready when promised, regularly out of menu items, and brusque rude service ( my hubby says not to him, maybe a me thing, or a female thing) top it off with thumping seriously awful music from the neighboring truck and I'd call this a less than pleasant meal.

Wow! Terrific Indian food served here. Ok, once you get past the fact The Taste of India is a food trailer and not a restaurant and just order from the great menu, you’ll be enjoying some very good food fast. The food is piping hot with fresh vegetables and spices. We were passing through the city but if we’re ever back we’ll seek out these folks for some very tasty Indian dishes. We highly recommend giving them a try.Vegetarian options: Tasty vegetables!

The food was sooo good, I fell into a food coma and I just woke up. I had the garlic/butter naan, butter chicken and tikki masala, it was all delicious. Also, customer service was excellent.

Driving thru Junction City and happened upon the Taste of India food truck and had to stop. You should too! I ordered the Tikka Masala with lamb and an order of garlic naan. In less than 15 minutes I had my lunch. The portion size is large and gives me a delicious snack later. The flavor is superb and I will definitely be making this a regular spot when in town. 10/10 highly recommended!
