Our WalMart Supercenter is quite a conglomerate of items. From car repair, to groceries, to lawn and garden, to tools, electronics and so much more. This is a place you spend some time, and there store locator app assist you in locating anything the store has to offer. If it is not in the store, online delivery is typically fast.

Terrible service! I waited over 20 mins for someone to cut my fabric and when she came she just took anther person who was behind me and help her just for her to say to me sorry your gonna have to wait I got 3 other people to help I'll help you after I get those people.

Bought hamburger buns yesterday July 9, made hamburgers opened buns found green mold on them best by date is July 11 today is the 10th. Now I must return them and I live a town away about 20 minutes.this is happening every week I'm done with Walmart.

Sabrina in automotive along with the crew in the shop are absolutely clueless. I watched as the crew smacked my mirror into the lift and proceeded to lift the truck with the new tires still in the bed of that truck multiple times. After watching them repeatedly lift and lower my truck they came in and ask me for a 4th time what I need done? Sabrina then chimes in from her register saying they aren't able to do that. 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment is when she tells me this and she's the one who checked me in. I try explaining this is nothing new and they've done it before but she insist they can't. They pull my truck out and I asked to speak to a manager. Sabrina calls for Leilani the manager repeatedly over a span of 20 minutes, with her never showing up. Another department manager came by to help and informed me that Sabrina was wrong and it's as easy as signing a paper to get it done, however I might need to make another appointment but insists I do need to speak Ronald about it since Leilani is nowhere to be found. Ronald shows up and Sabrina disappears to talk to him and reappears not saying a word. I finally left leaving my number for a phone call but no surprise it's been 30 mins and I've received nothing. I will tell everyone if you value yourself, your vehicle, and your time GO to a real tire shop. Get your oil changed somewhere else where you're valued. I find everyone there to be as helpful as possible. Considering most of these people make minimum wage at least they are working!! I love that I'm not being badgered to wear a face diaper. If you don't like it, stay home.

Went to Walmart today three individuals walked in without wearing mask, the employees at the main entrance said nothing to the individuals. This is probably due to the fact that one of the individuals was armed. Store security nor law enforcement was notified. I am very disappointed with Walmart concern for their customers safety on some many levels and selective enforcement of policies.

I'm 69 years old and neither stupid nor a political fanatic. I went into Walmart in Manhattan KS on Sunday morning at 7am on June 7. I was outraged to see many old and middle age men customers wandering around without face coverings (masks). I was wearing a mask: several male customers looked at me mockingly. In contrast I went into a Walmart in Colorado last week on a Saturday mid-day and virtually everyone was wearing a mask. If you really want people like me to come to Walmart (yes, I have money to spend), make some rules and ENFORCE them. Your web presence and media coverage and floor markings says Walmart is taking this seriously; but apparently not in Manhattan KS. Bottom line: I won't return to Walmart in Manhattan KS: EVER.

All I can say is I am very happy Aldi's has come to JC. All week I've had nothing but bad experiences at Walmart, and three of the managers I spoke with were rude and impatient. Unfortunately Walmart will be losing ALL of my grocery money.

Horrible customer service from the associate working the customer service counter today. I attempted to return an item that I purchased from Walmart.Com because once I opened the item I realized it was damaged. The associate working customer service, Paula, was condescending, rude, unprofessional, snarky, mean, constantly cut me off, and not was helpful at all. She talked to me as if I were a child , using military terms to talk down to me. She refused to replace or refund the damaged item and rushed me out without telling me how to replace or return the item. I felt attacked as she told me it was all my fault because i should have checked the item I was buying online which makes no sense. She basically told me to go f my self and leave because buying thing from Walmart.com comes with a risk. Such a shame Walmart has people like her as the face of their company. Talking to her left a sour taste in my mouth and makes me not want to not buy anything from Walmart.com again.

Horrible customer service. It is damn near impossible to even find an employee and when you do they will do everything they can to avoid you. Went there yesterday to buy some jeans. Couldn't find anyone to open the fitting room for me. Finally found a group of employees who were so busy talking they didnt bother to ask what I needed even though I stood there for a solid 5 minutes waiting for them to help me. Finally I went to find another employee to help me and the kid walked around the whole store trying to find the person that worked in clothing. When we finally found her she informed me they dont open fitting rooms after 10 anymore. It was 1015 at that point. I work 2nd shift. I usually dont get out of work till 9-10pm. I guess I'm just out of luck if I want to try anything on.

The order pick up service here is horrible. The app forced you to select a specific time to pick up, almost like securing an appointment, the difference is that you wait long and hard before someone come to assist or deliver. It is better to just go grab your basket and get it yourself, which I normally do. The service it's supposed to be convenient if you have places to be but I have found quite the opposite of that reasoning.

Went on a Saturday around noon. Went to the deli, they only had 1 person waiting on people. This is totally pathetic!

Just went in in Sunday at 11:20 and stood in the customer service line for 15 minutes. Several supervisors and managers walked by and did not care that the line of seven or so people hadn't moved in that long. The next person to go up to the register wasn't any faster of the transaction. I get it, it's Walmart, lots of people stuff is cheap. But the people working in there couldn't care less. The store is always out of things and isn't disgusting but could be a lot neater

So I'm really impressed with the staff at this Walmart. A little while ago I was grocery shopping with my daughter and a nice man from the bakery gave us each a cookie. It was so nice of him. And then today I had my one arm full trying to carry my items( instead of getting a cart) and the other arm struggling to grab a bag up top for my chicken. Another employee saw this, I believe his name was Gary came over and helped me. We both chuckled at my situation. Super nice people here.

DO NOT ever go here for a oil change. Waited an hour and a half to get my car in, fine there was people in front of me whatever. I get my car after it's done they say I need a new air filter and wiper blades which I told them to change but they had none in stock for my vehicle. Then I get in my car and the check engine light is on. My husband tells them and they say they don't deal with the light so I go in and tell them they need to look at it because it wasn't on before I came. They check and something was left unplugged. They plug it back in and finally after refilling with gas they light goes off. Now I have a tire going flat after they filled them all today. Ridiculous.
