The food was good as it usually is when you arrive in a normal eating frame; breakfast, lunch or dinner. Food was hot and fresh. Service delivered with a smile. I got a double combo and was told the tomatoes were PROBLEMATIC that day, so I skipped them. The rest was fresh, the fries were hot and crispy and my Coke was liquid perfection! Good service, with smiling faces and a pleasant verbal delivery...good work team. There were a few ANNOYING customers, thus the 4 for atmosphere...not Wendy's fault though.Parking: Plenty of parking even during the lunch rush.Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of and easy accessibility to wheelchair seating, Handicap parking and ramps to roll to the door.

DO NOT ORDER CHILI FROM THEM!!!! THEY SERVE CHILI WITH NO MEAT.TWO times now I've gave them a chance with chili on different occasions months apart and BOTH times they've literally served watered down "chili" with no meat like are y'all serious???????? I'm serious, literally, no meat. I worked at wendys back in the day and if there was no meat for the chili, WE DON'T SERVE IT. Y'all are trash for thinking its okay to serve that. Btw we ordered three large chili's on our recent trip there. Lmao, won't be back for chili.

Well, at first, the renovated Wendy’s was better. The service has now returned back to what it was before. They are disorganized and dysfunctional. The lady took my order and then just walked away before I could scan the app or even do anything. She then proceeded to be incredibly rude the rest of my visit.

I ordered the chili, has very little beef or beans in it.
This place is a joke. It’s sad because I like the food, but every time I come the service is horrible. Everyone behind the counter is moving like they have all the time in the world. One time an employee sat on their phone while I waited at the counter to order. This time I ordered online thinking it would be ready. The app said it was ready. I showed up and waited 10 minutes for them to make it. The soda machine is never full. It’s supposed to have all kinds of options but it’s alwayS out. McDonalds has more choices and they don’t have the fancy soda machine.

I went there on the 10/25/23 to order one thing which was a medium fries ? it took to long for them to bring me my fries they told me to pull around to the front of the restaurant I did and I waited and waited and waited and waited so my patient ran out I went back around to the window to let someone know I haven't got my order yet I was very disappointed ? that's why I gave 2 stars they need not to forget people order's

I have not been to Wendy's in ages but yesterday my son and I were talking about the best chicken sandwiches according to a poll that was ot there. Asiago chicken sandwich is what we agreed on so today I asked him to pick me up one since it was on my mind. Definitely not a Asiago Chicken sandwich it was chicken lettuce tomato bacon and mayonnaise. After all that time not going there and still can't get your order right. Gave 2 stars because it was warm. Took a pic but not sure how to load it.
