I ordered food plus a chocolate shake....I found an Arby's sauce pack in my chocolate shake. How could you miss a sauce pack when making a shake? Will not go back.

I picked up food for myself and another person and by the time i drove home and got settled down to eat, i was very surprised to see my chicken sandwhich was RAW. The chicken was pink in the middle and didn't look to be cooked at all. My curly fries i got with my meal were also old and very crispy, as if they'd been sitting for hours before they handed them out to me. I am very disappointed with my experience & will not be coming back. Serving raw chicken is just ridiculous and not cooking chicken to correct time or temperature is breaking so many health codes!! VERY UPSET!!!

2 jalapeño sliders @4.181 roast beef slider @2.091 Buffalo chicken [email protected] strawberry lemonade@ 3.49Pretty simple.. thought $16.69 sounded like a lot so I looked at the receipt. The receipt says the total was $19.03......I asked for the correct receipt. I was refused. After a slight argument manager 'Mike' went to the register and printed it off.As I assumed there were some extra charges on it so I asked for a refund. 'Mike' handed 2 turnovers out the window to me. I informed him I don't want those. I was my correct change back because I didn't order 5 sliders and 2 large drinks...... after continuous refusal from Mike he was not going to give me my OVER FIVE DOLLARS correct change back. Some rude snarky girl (refused to give me her name assuming shyanne) came to argue with me while 'Mike' FINALLY went to the register to get me my $5.79 back. I'm sorry it's MY money!! Sorry 'Mike' your not going to steal it from me!!

I've had a extremely bad experience recently going thru the drive thru female was rude and impatient. Ordered a double beef and cheddar meal got what I asked for with something extra and unidentified object I found that it was a rubber gasket of some kind, no idea how it got on there neither did the staff seemed malicious because of flags with ordering. Manager just started had no number for coperate would resolve the issue of something unexpected when going to a place where food is handled.Called the help line twice have not respond. Never again!

went through the drive thru. great service drive thru lady was very nice and funny,helpful. we had just left the Arby's off 210. at the 210 Arbys we left after putting our order in bc the guy kept asking us our order 3x then he kept saying we dont have that or huh. 2 cars in front of us did move for over 15 minutes with no other cars in the lot or customers inside. drove miles to another Arby's where the service was excellent.

This Arby’s is okay, but I’ve heard they are a training store. Which explains the yoyo of experiences at this location. Someone’s it’s really amazing, they fill the fries all the way, they are polite, and they thank you. And other times they barely say hello, there is barely anything in the food, and they don’t thank you at all. I’ve had people act like they are better than you and don’t apologize when they weren’t listen to your order and put in whatever on their register. I’ve had to return twice because they forgot something in my order.They need to screen their employees better when hiring and ensure they know what “Customer Service” is. This is why I rather just buy cheap sliced roast beef and hamburger buns at the grocery store and a bottle of their Arby’s sauce. I can’t tell the difference on the sandwiches from the ones they make themselves. The only thing you can’t get right at home is the curly fries. They sell them at the store frozen, but I don’t have a frier, so baking them is all I can do and it’s not quite as good. But the cost of going here isn’t worth being treated like trash.Edit: their auto response is a joke. I have sent them comments before. Yea they send you a free meal coupon, which I don’t care about. I would rather they actually fix the problems. But they don’t. Don’t believe them sending a response saying tell me what we did wrong means anything. They don’t care. They just want to look like they do, and barely try at even that. Can’t even bother with a real response. Look at all the comments and they send the exact same message.Parking: It’s always easy to find a parking spot because no one is ever there.

I can't believe I'm reviewing a fast food joint, but this place it BAD. Can't get your order right to save their life. I believe they're purposely entering the wrong order to charge you more. I ordered a beef and cheddar, a 4 piece mozzarella sticks, and a lemonade. Told me they would have my total ready at the window, didn't read anything back. Received a double beef and cheddar, 6 piece, and a coke. Not a single thing correct, and overcharged. This isn't the first time either. I will not be returning to this place again.
