Last friday, Jan 13, 2023at 7:24 pm. As I sat in line to place an order, this Arbys would not take my order...They took an order from the vehicle in front of me. But when it was my turn, they told me they were taking no more orders!!! I think there are a lot of other restaurants close buy to take my business.

Arby's locations do vary. This one was no different. Sandwich damp, lukewarm and the squawk box (order) does just that!

9pm on a Saturday. Lights are all on but the dining room is closed and noone home in the drive-thru. Should fire everyone and bulldoze this place because the people running it are checked out.

They were calling orders for people and not having it fully ready. My food was barley warm by the time they got it to me. I asked for a refill on the lemonade and they told me, after I paid $5 for a large that was mostly ice that they could not give me one.

Disgusting, the worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. Chicken Finger cooked to death, stale fries, drink taste like cough syrup. I was there 6/22/2022 at around 6:45pm. The Staff seemed to be bagging up any thing.

Another awful experience highlighting the collapse of western civilization. Nobody wants to work so the lobby is closed. The people who are working are incompetent and couldn't get a very simple order correct. So back through the drive thru for 2 cold roast beef sandwiches and the wrong sauce. Total elapsed time 23 minutes with only a couple of cars in line. May god save us.

Stopped by around 6:30 pm on a week night prior to starting my night shift. To my surprise they were closed. They had a hand made sign taped to window that said they will close at 5pm until staffing issues resolved. Of coarse the hours posted online didn't reflect this change. A week later when I drove by they were still closing early.

Today for the second time the same young female employee at the drive-thru gave me a buffalo chicken slider in a bag where she dirtied the napkins by putting them on top of the buffalo sauce. The previous time she did this I gave her back the dirty napkins and explained they were dirty because she put them on the sauce. Apparently she did not learn anything and has continued to repeat the same stupid mistake. The servers at all the other Arby's where I buy this sandwich simply fold the napkins and put them on the side of the open slider box in the bag so they stay clean. It does not take a rocket science mentality to serve a slider with clean napkins; it only takes a little bit of basic common sense.

I enjoy the Jamocha or seasonal salted Carmel/chocolate shakes, one of the few places I can get them. Yum!
