I visited this location this evening (2/25), and it was a joke. I asked for a Strawberry Shake, and the young lady said "Our blender broken", okay, I thought oh! yay! the perpetual McDonald's excuse. (there were also two blenderS, as opposed to one blender) Then I said, aloud to myself looking at the Menu "are they broken or do we just not want to clean one of the three containers sitting in the sink?" The kids that work at knight a very disrespectful, and everytime me and my family visit this location its always a problem. Racist they maybe, and the manager is never around to talk to in person or by telephone. This is ridiculous. We spend our hard earned dollars to keep them employed and the store lights on.
