Food was good but this new seat yourself and order/pay with a QR code is ridiculous. This is not what I want when I pay this much for a meal. Plus there was hardly anyone there when we went.

Change your hours if you're not staying open until you say you are online, or where it's printed on store front. No one informed us they were closing at 11:30 when it's plastered everywhere you're open until 1 am on Tuesdays and later during other days of the week.Almost each time I arrive after work at 10 p.m. I arrive and something new is going on, or has changed. The bathroom smells of urine constantly, and the waitresses don't appear to want to be there. Which is fair because neither do I anymore.There hasn't really been a good moment here when everyone is rushed out the door without any proper notice. It's unfortunate especially when other customers arrive under the same notion only to be informed of "Last Call" at 11 or 11:30, and one time in my case at 10:30.Yet, none of your hours have changed in order for us to meet your demands.

The sandwich was good but not worth the price the fries were not cooked to order i believe they sat and got cooled waiiting for the sandwich. The waitress was awesome. I seriously doubt 90% of those tvs get real attention from the guests. Save yourself money and the planet by cutting back dang.

We sat in the bar area. The bartender was amazing! He had 10 full tables, a full bar, and making all the drinks for the restaurant. Also serving all the food! Unfortunately, I watch one of the managers stand a talk to a table for 45 mins.... no joke. So disrespectful and a horrible rolemold for her team. I believe the bartender name was Sherman?? He deserves recognition! The manager shouldn't be a manager! Just call it like I see it!

When will they have enough help scheduled during playoff games. Waiting times up to 1 hour. When I arrived they said about 10 mins, so I ran an errand, got back 20 mins later and was told it hasn’t started. I cancelled order and will order from Zona store as they are efficient.
