Love going here because grandson loves "chicken nuggets"and most restaurants think nuggets are Gold or something and charge crazy prices. Burger King used to have the "nugget" business in their back pocket, by charging less and giving more nuggets.
Freaking horrible, placed an order on the app get to the restaurant and they say they don’t have the food and can’t issue a refund and I have to contact app support, only problem you can’t get in contact with anyone they only have a form to fill out so now I’m out the money and the food utility someone decides to respond if they ever do.

Food was prepped within a more than reasonable time frame. the presentation was actually top tier compared to other BK restaurants I've visited here in KC. It's my favorite fast food treat ? Bacon King ?Service with a smile and a clean, quiet environment. Will definitely return for more business!

This is a poorly ran franchise. The owner of this franchise doesn't care about customer service. I made an order on the Burger King app. The young crew didn't read the print out correctly and my order was made wrong and ideas were missing. Called the store they tried to talk me I had to call Door dash even though I ordered it through the Burger King app. I asked for their franchise owners email and phone number they were unwilling, but I finally got it. I called and left a message last week and still no response. I messaged the franchises parent company Burger King international and the were helpful listened and gave me credit for the franchise owners lack of responsibility on my Burger King app account. You as a franchise are responsible for carrying in the customer service the international does and you are failing.

Terrible service, my friend & I was waiting on our ride in the lobby & 7 minutes after it was closed the woman walked up & said that because we hadn't ordered anything that we had to leave. We literally had just eaten & our broke down & we can't even wait in a lobby? Please get your place together Burger King.

Came here due to seeing a commercial that BK now offers Have-sies which consist of onion rings and fried. Unfortunately they were out of onion rings so I couldn't try it " bummer" so I got one of my teenage go to meals lol! Which is the #8 add tomato, and onion. It's normally really good! I tried the ghost pepper chicken fries (4piece count) which appeared to have been warmed up in the microwave and I only got three.Whoever prepared my sandwich should be ashamed of themselves. The chicken patty was soggy and cold! Luckily the fries were fresh out of the fryer so they were spot on! BK has the best fast food fries and burgers! Sorry not sorry! Next time I'll just bite into my sandwich before I pull off. I was really wanting that! Good thing I had my back up a Whooper Jr and it was great!
