Don’t bother coming here after 5pm unless you plan to use your mobile app to order. They will not take orders at the speaker, and will either state that the “systems are down” or say they are only taking online orders. It seems to me to be a flimsy excuse to not take orders that aren’t forced on them thru mobile ordering, I’m almost jealous of that night crew and how little work they can consistently get away with not doing. The food still slaps, but that’s likely because it has to be cooked to order since they aren’t making anything. They will also give you attitude if you ask for any napkins or condiments, which they seldom provide to begin with.

Not a huge BK Whopper & breakfast fan cuz the bread seems to break apart and the bkfst sandwiches are ......usually gross but love the Original Chick Sandwich. Wish they'd add L&T for free.This is definitely the go to BK in the Midtown area & usually the only one I go to. Always clean, not overly flooded with crown hats everywhere, exceptional cust svc. fast and the one time they weren't they compensated some fries without me mentioning it. Today the DM or RM was there at a table and when it got busy he got up and worked the register. That's prolly why this location is the best in midtown and maybe outside of it. Thanks for providing and remembering what C Svc is all about.

One of two offering take-out meatless burgers. However, there seems to be a huge variance in quality among places. I visit only the one at 75th and Metcalf and the one on Rainbow across from KU. This is based on the differences observed in quality and service across Burger Kings.Vegetarian options: The meatless burgers are fresh and made to order (likely prepared on the same grill as meat, however) at the two establishments I visit.

I see lot of bad comments and they all right about service , people at the drive true are so lazy , they won’t take your order, i went during the day and order a Texas burger ? with some buffalo sauce on side they forgot to put my sauce ! Ridiculous people working there ! And at night it is worse, it says they open 24/7 and have 1 or 2 employees sitting at the lobby watching people drive off !

They refused to take my order after driving 30 minutes to get there, and after ordering on the app without a problem. They claimed they were only handling Doordash orders. Then why not lock out that store from the app, if that was so? Another time. I was turned away as they were on a "shift change". Sure. Avoid. Go to the NKC location instead for your late night eats. At least they get it right, without bad attitudes.
